Adam serves as outside general counsel and special intellectual property counsel for a diverse clientele including global companies, small businesses, and individuals. With a nationwide practice, his expertise includes corporate governance and securities, transactions, patent, trademark and copyright prosecution, and intellectual property litigation. Adam develops legal strategies tailored to his clients’ commercial concerns. He helps clients facilitate growth through intellectual property portfolio development, investor financing rounds, mergers and acquisitions, and initial public offerings. Adam has represented clients on deal work with a total value exceeding $400,000,000. Adam’s corporate experience informs his intellectual property guidance, which helps ensure his clients’ key assets are well-positioned and protected.

Adam earned his Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University Law School in 2006. He served as the Senior Articles Editor for the Tulane Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property. Adam also gained valuable experience with the Honorable T. Michael Putnam in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama and the Honorable Pascal F. Calogero, Former Chief Justice of the Louisiana State Supreme Court. Before embarking on his legal career, Adam achieved academic excellence, earning a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Auburn University with honors.
