Adriano Pacifici

Adriano Pacifici joined IP Law Consulting in November of 2018 with over 5 years of extensive trademark and copyright experience, including brand protection and development, licensing, and general business counseling. Adriano manages over 2,000 live trademark applications and registrations and also has extensive experience before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and has assisted on trademark and copyright matters before U.S. Federal Courts. Adriano’s clients are located throughout the United States and internationally.

Prior to joining IP Law Consulting, Adriano ran his own law firm and was previously a partner at M Breaux IP Law where he also focused his practice on intellectual property.

Adriano graduated J.D. from Tulane Law School in 2013 with a certificate in Sports Law and received his undergraduate degree, cum laude, in History from Brandeis University in 2008.

In May of 2014, Adriano had an article published in the Berkeley Journal of Entertainment and Sports Law, titled “Scope and Authority of Sports League Commissioner Disciplinary Power: Bounty and Beyond.” He examined the power of Sports Commissioners to discipline players under each league’s collective bargaining agreement and constitution, and provided a solution to the current problem that plagues the NFL, in which the commissioner is the judge, jury, and executioner.

Adriano is admitted to practice before all Louisiana courts and the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
