IPC's Client Fleurty Girl is Expanding

Intellectual Property Consulting's (IPC) celebrated client, Fleurty Girl, has announced its plans to open a new store in Baton Rouge's Mid-City neighborhood. This will be the retailer's ninth store and is expected to open this summer at 3622 Government St. The founder of Fleurty Girl, Lauren Haydel, revealed that people have been requesting a store in Baton Rouge for years, and everything fell in place when she found the perfect building for their new location.

The new store will feature merchandise exclusive to that location, with more "Purple and Gold" items to cater to LSU fans. The Batton Rouge store is also a family affair, as Haydel's daughter is studying business entrepreneurship at LSU and plans to work at the store after graduating.

Fleurty Girl started as a small T-shirt line for women who wanted to celebrate New Orleans, and since then, the brand has expanded its product line to include earrings, gifts, candles, oven mitts, and even hangover patches. Despite the pandemic's challenges, Fleurty Girl has been able to stay afloat thanks to its mix of touristic stores and local neighborhood shops, which balance each other out.

Haydel believes that the secret to her success is having an amazing staff that takes good care of customers. She also shared that her favorite item sold by Fleurty Girl was the "revenge shirt" that printed "Who Dat" backward on a T-shirt to make a joke after the legal dispute over the phrase.

IPC celebrates Fleurty Girl's success and wishes them all the best with their new Baton Rouge location. As a client of IPC, Fleurty Girl continues to navigate challenges and thrive in an ever-changing retail landscape. This new store represents an exciting chapter for Fleurty Girl and its commitment to spreading joy throughout Louisiana.
